2. Description of Service

Please Admit Me provides AI-powered university admission probability predictions and personalized feedback reports for Canadian university programs. Predictions are generated using statistical models and published admission data.

3. No Guarantee of Admission

Predictions are estimates only and are not guarantees of admission or rejection. Actual admission decisions are made by universities and depend on many factors not captured by our models, including supplementary applications, references, interviews, portfolios, and institutional priorities. The Service does not replace professional guidance counsellors.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and profile.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

5. Payments and Refunds

• All purchases are one-time payments processed via Stripe in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
• Credits are non-transferable and do not expire.
• Refund requests may be submitted via the contact form within 7 days of purchase if no predictions have been generated with the purchased credits.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service.
• Resell or redistribute predictions or feedback reports.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Please Admit Me and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on predictions provided by the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
